Has it been a while since you went last went diving? Do you want to freshen up on your skills? Let Lost Reef's friendly, experienced instructors get you up to date with a morning refresher course. After the refresher put your skills to work on an afternoon 2-Tank reef dive.

Tour Highlights

You are responsible to make sure you're medically qualified to participate in this activity. Below you will the medical guidelines & release forms that you will need to fill out when you arrive at the dive shop. No refunds will be given to those deemed medically unqualified. This is for your safety.

If you need to visit your physician to establish your eligibility for scuba activities, use this form as a guide for the exam and for your doctor to give you the OK.
