Our Cancellation Policy

7 Days: You can cancel up to 7 Days prior to your activity taking place with NO PENALTIES!* You will receive a full refund. (Except Private Charters, the Key West Express Ferry, & Deposits over $150.00)*

24 Hours (1 Days)*: If you can WITHIN 24 Hours* (1 Days) of your activity taking place you will be charged the remaining balance (if only the deposit was paid). No credit will be issued. Southpoint Divers requires 72 Hours notice to not be charged balance.

* Groups of 10 or more & Private Charters (including fishing) must cancel at least 7 Days prior or may be charged in full by the vendor unless otherwise agreed by the tour operator. A 20% Cancellation fee will be charged for ANY cancellation. A 10% Cancellation fee will apply to all Dry Tortugas Camping Reservations. If your deposit is greater than $150, a 10% cancellation fee will apply.

Fishing Fuel Fee:

In order to provide you continued access to the best fishing grounds and due to the rising cost of fuel, our Light Tackle & Offshore guides reserve the right to charge a fuel recovery fee of 5-10% depending on where you choose to fish, the distance you want to travel, and the speed you wish to travel.

Cancellation Due To Weather:

Tour Operator: If the tour operator cancels AND can't accommodate you on another day, you will be issued a full refund.
Bad Weather: If the tour operator cancels due to bad weather AND can't accommodate you on another day, you will be issued a full refund.
Cruise Ship Itinerary Changes: If your cruise ship changes itinerary and prevents you from participating in your excursion you will be issued a full refund.

Key West Express:

» Changes / Transfers will result in a $25.00 charge per ticket
» Voucher must be redeemed for ticket on day of travel

» These are Non-Refundable Tickets # These Tickets have no Cash Value
» Key West Express Reserves the right to deny boarding to any person(s) who have not checked in 45 minutes prior to departure
» All Passengers are required to show government issued identification, such as a drivers license or passport
» All Passengers must pay the $10.00 Port and Security Fee at Checkin
» Children under 5 must add a $20.00 Weekend fee, payable at Checkin

Scuba Diving Instruction:

All Scuba Diving Instruction requires a medical questionnaire to be completed. It will ask health questions such as lung problems, ear problems, high blood pressure, etc. If there are any medical issues you answer "yes" to you will be required to have a doctor's note clearing you to dive. It is your responsibility to be "cleared" to dive. No refunds will be given if disqualified from diving due to medical reasons AT CHECKIN.
